The logo on the mug is a totem, symbolises the three pillars of the terroir:
– Mother Earth = geology
– rays = sun/climate
– human spirit = know-how
The totem represents the harmony between mother earth and the human spirit.
The name Plantation means “farm” in the Caribbean – a tropical or subtropical farm or property with agricultural area.
