On Saturday, September 10th, we had the pressure to host Ezousa Winery Xynisteri Vertical (’21-’20-’19-’18)/Horizontal (’19: Xynisteri-Palloures-Skin Contact) tasting by Ezousa owner/wine producer Michalis Constandinides and oenologist Ploutis Swzou. Thank you both for an intriguing night, Xynisteri produced correctly can age beautifully!
